Explore spinal alignment
Join Stephanie for this 2-hour workshop to explore spinal alignment in various yoga poses.
The focus of the session will be on highlighting and responding to the unique characteristics of your own spine.
The workshop is appropriate for students who have scoliosis and those who don't, as well as for teachers who are working with students who have scoliosis.
There is so much we can learn from understanding the spine!
