'Yoga for flat feet, sort of'. That’s what this week's new YouTube video should actually be called 🀣. 

The practice includes tips for how to address flat feet, but it could also have been titled Iyengar Yoga for Knee Pain or Iyengar Yoga for Back Pain. This work is fundamental and has so much to offer!

Knowing how to engage the feet and legs, intentionally and with integrity, is crucial for stabilizing and strengthening other areas in the body, such as your knees and back.

The class incorporates a quintessentially Iyengar Yoga exploration of Tadasana, Mountain Pose.
