In this 35 min Iyengar Yoga inversions sequence, learn tips and techniques to develop strength and confidence in poses like headstand, handstand, & shoulder balance. The practice is dynamic and you'll develop skills to lift up and lower down from these inverted postures with control. This in turn, will bolster your confidence to practice these asanas independently and eventually, away from a wall.
👉 If you are new to the practice of Iyengar Yoga inversions, please work with your local teacher first before trying these presentations. This is an intermediate level Iyengar Yoga class and familiarity and some capability in Salamba Sirsasana, Adho Mukha Vrksasana, and Salamba Sarvangasana is assumed.
