Work Towards an Iyengar Yoga Dropback (with levity!!!)

With the specific aim of bringing lightness and levity to both the body and mind, join me for this fun progression of Urdhva Dhanurasana (wheel pose).

It's a great Iyengar Yoga sequence for experienced practitioners who are working toward dropping back from Tadasana into Urdhva Dhanurasana. The focus is on intermediate level backbends and yoga inversions.

Using props, specifically the yoga chair, the wheel pose progression can be a wonderful way to make this challenging asana more accessible. โœจโœจโœจโœจ I really wanted to share this practice because I often find it helps me bring light and levity back to the surface. I hope you enjoy it too ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿงก๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ™
